All Production Output were discussed and any shortfall to cover up in the next working days
Manual operations were automated with Robotics, SPM’s to meet the overall demands
All machines provided with Preventive Maintenance Chart with spares in stock always
Union Personnel were moved to non-production areas and their nos were reduced considerably
Daily Dispatch were monitored on hourly basis with the billing plan in place
Additional Capacity were created with existing facility to meet all demands
